Integral Staffing is fully insured with comprehensive General Liability Insurance along with full Worker’s Compensation Insurance for our temporary/contract employees.

Our temporary employees get 7 paid holidays, sick pay and weekly direct deposit. We have group healthcare & dental insurance plans. Naturally, we also cover them for social security, state/federal/local taxes, disability, unemployment, worker’s compensation insurance, etc.

We also offer a temp-to-perm hiring option in which you can convert a temporary employee over to a permanent/direct employee after a specific period of time at no fee. This lets you evaluate a temporary person’s performance and work ethic before deciding to convert them over to a permanent/direct employee. If you decide to convert the candidate over to direct status before the full temporary duration has been satisfied the placement fee is proportionately prorated (reduced) by the time the candidate worked as a temp.
