Account Executive / Recruiter – Staffing Firm

We’re looking for a successful Account Executive / Recruiter to join Integral Staffing. If you currently run your own desk and are looking for a better opportunity we would be very interested in speaking with you. Or perhaps you were laid off because of the downturn and looking to get back to work – either way, give us a call.

You can run your own desk in any specialty you are experienced in, whether it’s Engineering, Accounting/Finance, Creative/Graphics/Editorial/Publishing, Legal, Office Support, etc – it is up to you.

We will provide you with everything you need to be successful and a very generous commission structure that is unparalleled in the staffing industry. Work hard, generate business resulting in substantial commissions and continue building on it, the sky is the limit.

Integral Staffing is looking for a hard working responsible person that is serious about creating a successful career. There are no long hours either, 8:30 AM ~ 5:30 PM with an hour lunch and the company will encourage you to leave on time. Requirements

2+ years experience as an Account Executive / Recruiter running your own desk in any specialty
The position involves heavy customer/client interaction, so good communication skills are a must.
Must be self-motivated, a hard worker, and have a strong desire to be successful and make a lot of money.
